Cooling down after your stay in a sauna is necessary and genuinely healthy for your body. If you don't dare to plunge yourself into the cold plunge pool, you can choose from other refreshing options.

COLD PLUNGE POOL

The cold plunge pool is an excellent choice after your stay in the sauna. Even though it can be hard to get yourself into that cold water, it is worth it. Apart from being pleasantly refreshing, it strengthens the immunity system and stimulates blood circulation.

KNEIPP PATH

A hydrotherapy spa treatment which consists of hot and cold alternating bath for legs and feet. Walking on the pebbles and thermal shock stimulate blood circulation in lower limbs, strengthen the immune system, and alleviates headaches.

RELAXATION ROOM - TEPIDARIUM

Enjoyable relaxation room with a calm atmosphere, perfectly suitable for rest. In our tepidarium, you can find heated anatomicly shaped loungers. Soft and cosy loungers with warming blankets can be found upstairs. This space provides you rest after your visit in sauna. The tepidarium is special because of the beautiful view of nature, which you can enjoy there.

BIOSAUNA

Biosauna is an intermediate sauna between heat and steam. There is lower temperature and higher humidity than in the Finnish sauna. The benefits of the biosauna are almost identical to those of the Finnish sauna: both stimulate sweating, thus allowing the body to expel toxins and impurities present on the skin and helping to improve its oxygenation. But the lower temperatures in the biosauna allow you to enjoy a longer state of relaxation.

Infrared sauna

If the high temperatures of a traditional sauna are just too much for you to handle, an infrared sauna may offer the benefits of a sauna without the extreme heat. Unlike a traditional sauna, the infrared sauna doesn’t heat the air around you. Instead, it uses infrared lamps to warm your body directly.  The heat penetrates deeply into the body. This allows you to experience a more intense sweat at a lower temperature.

Steam rooms

In our sauna village, you can find two different steam rooms: herbal and salt. In the herbal steam room, essential oils clear the airways and calm your senses. Minerals in the salt steam room promote the general health of your skin and loosen stiff joints. Both, however, are equally agreeable and can help you promote blood circulation, lower blood pressure, aid in workout recovery, and reduce stress.

Finnish sauna

For hundreds of years, Scandinavians have been using saunas for their health benefits such as cleansing, relaxation, and weight loss. The dry-hot air in the Finnish sauna promotes blood circulation and strengthens the immune system. In this sauna is also placed a window with a panoramic view, which represents both- a pleasant distraction and relaxation for your mind.
